When you're putting in the numbers you'll see how a box will change color. That box shows you the color. Once you're ready. Press, "Use as color!" Now to claim land use the Paint Bucket tool to claim land that isn't claimed. You know you claimed that land if the land you want to claim turns into the color you wanted. Each piece of land costs 10 cash. Once you claim your piece of land. You'll start getting cash, population, and oil. If you try claiming land but it doesn't work it means someone already has that land. To type in the name of your country you tap the textbox saying, "Enter Country Name Here". Once typed. Press enter or return to use that name.
