PWNAGE for Temple

This is the version of PWNAGE in which there is no teleporting to the starting place. Much like Arsenal, you're faced with the main menu the first time you join and then at the start of every new round. Adapted it the best I could. Another change is that the streaks leaderboard now only featuresthe streaks of the top killers. TODO: Still need to place classic billboards on maps. Badges! Just for the same old kill milestones that your torso colors reflect. The badges wont be uploaded here - those will be uploaded when the game is finally ported. We do need the art though. Homepunch? Still need to test extensively to see if anything catches on fire. Feels a little awkward without the theme playing on the main menu. To-do?
