[RALLY] Calypso's Spire

Calypso's Spire was constructed on the ruins of Isles after the Glacian conflict, in which the Archipelagos of the region was destroyed. The spire was put into commission by the Imperator as a command center to retake control of the region and drive back the Glacian forces, architected by General bootega to be a center of rally and communications.
