L’Évasion

L’Évasion (The escape) Is a steam powered- paddle wheel ship built in 1911. Its purpose is to take High-Society guests to exotic locations. The L’Évasion was one of the first passenger ships to do small cruise like expeditions. The ship sailed all throughout the 1910s-to early 1920s, before being retired. The ship was ultimately retired because of its old design and hard upkeep, although; the tiny ship made a big impact on the Joy sailing market.
