LCD Screen Effect Test

A recreation of an effect i saw in the night train that I thought looked cool, although this is simple feel free to use it! The code used to display stuff on the screen you don't need to use though as the effect is a purely visual overlay on top of a SurfaceGui, especially since it has a lot of dependencies and I re-used it from another project
