Vallastela is the largest city and capital municipality of the Republic of Anglia. Lying along a gray, windswept coast and with a vast, blending ancient history which looms within concrete high-rises and soot-streaked factories. Its name, derived from an old Latin phrase meaning "valley of stars," is a poetic relic of its former imperial glory.
