Armored Patrol v6.9

Another data reset. Sorry!!!!!! An attempted restoration/recreation of Armored Patrol v6.9 (update - not really anymore). Credits to: - Wingman8: original game - Rchive: placefile - Reselim: Base64 encoder, used for some functionality - Weldify: Another encoder, used to try and fix some stuff - Sceleratis: Adonis Admin And a few more I probably forgot to list. This may be buggy, as this version came long before Wingman8 decided to rewrite some of AP's code to be FE compatible. It may also be innacurate in some areas, as the latest versions of AP I could find that predate the 7/11/2014 overhaul are: - Complete version: v6.8c (used as a base, 8/24/2012) - Saved in-game: v6.8e (10/13/2012)
