[!] The Waterfront is a Work In Progress, updates are coming. Inspired by a Florida Mansion on Palm Avenue in the Key West Miami Florida area, The Waterfront Mansion is somewhat unique in that it contains Modern, Contemporary, and 80's Themes. The Waterfront Mansion itself contains both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, lounge, juice bar, living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, home theater, boating dock, courtyard, office, five car garage, and multiple pools.
