Hoth Testings

[NOTE} The raiders have a different raycasting gun than CNR and Allies for a small test. Tell me if you see any problems. Rules: Must be Five CNR and Three Raiders. Must be a fair amount of each side, but still above the Limit. If the numbers go down under the limit in a raid, it is still official unless they are Random people. Allies will be banned if raiding, same with Visitors. The base isn't fully perfect, but still manageable.
