[AoL] City of Solaria [WIP]

On the shores of a barren desert in Karneth a new city has sprung seemingly from nowhere. Tyran agricultural science has allowed the creation of farmland in the middle of a desert and now a colony is forming around it. Claiming this previously useless land may be a sign of good faith with the empire, or it may be part of some ploy but for the moment at least the Tyrans welcome travelers.
