New Athens [Proto Alpha] (Updates)

Gameplay is not yet of an existing thing to do here it serves as a showcase for now but will be a raidable warzone/civilian urban zone when finished. the area with more terrain is focused on use of combat only and raiders will not be able to enter civilian/soldier only areas.
