Saigon: A City of Shadows and Sunshine Once called the Pearl of the Far East, Saigon shimmered with colonial grandeur and Southeast Asian soul. It was a city of contrasts: French villas shaded by tamarind trees, rickshaws weaving between shiny Vespas, markets that buzzed like beehives, and rivers that mirrored the sky like ink on silk. The air smelled of motor oil, jasmine, and street food; its rhythms were those of bicycles, radios, and the soft sizzle of bánh xèo on roadside grills. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Current Project Our current project, Once Upon a Time in Saigon, features a Vietnam War scenario, set during 1970-1975 in Saigon City.
