Recently, this place was left to rot ever since the recent owner and his family died in a tragic accident... they lived near this palace and the son of the owner made this "garden". So since a new owner took the property, they wanted someone to watch over for the night to make sure no damage is caused by trespassers. It should be easy, no one has touched this place for a year or so anyways.
