[Legacy] Wmata BL SV OR automated.

I've decided to make the legacy game public permanently, its very buggy but despite that I hope you enjoy it. I may work on it when I get a new computer someday. For now it's good to look at what remains of the system and explore how I started putting 3 lines into one game and made them branch out from each other even with my not so professional scripting skills, somehow signals are bugged and may make the trains bunch up.
