[CL] Tropic Staging Site ROMERO-33

On the inifintely tropical planet GUB-13, where there are no inhabitants aside from Legion Command Staff who had housing constructed here for 'vacationary purposes', the planet was quiet and peaceful. Until they realized that this planet could be used as a staging point for operations on planets in the nearby radius; which convienently also had similar environments. Now, both Command Staff AND Enlisted personnel can enjoy the beautiful sun, the soft and peaceful waves, and the sounds of their peers staging their next operation. Welcome, to ROMERO-33.
