The Double Taker: Bloodshed-hill Park

He will be at the Cresent Hill Park at noon, protected by security. A sniper will be situated at one of the buildings, and assassinate him once he arrives. Good luck out there, and don't get this messed up." Made in my free time for fun. Heavily inspired by games like PAYDAY and HITMAN. This mission, along with the others, is still in a work in progress.
