1. Welcome to the rainy, but still lively city! Socialize with the other people, live in an apartment, since the city is compact! This is the city of rare cars to Japan AND the world! Also, take a walk in one of the shops and buy merchandise, or just drive around! RULES: No fighting over apartments & cars! If a player takes your apartment without you selling it, tell me and I will take charge (Kick, Ban, Pban etc.) 2.Absolutely NO swearing/in game symbols to cover up bad words or if you want to be banned. 3. No stealing cars! if you see someone's car parked and you want it, ask them, don't just take it! and if he/she asks for it back and you don't give it back, that's gonna be a kick or a pBan. 4. Don't leave the game to avoid a ban, kick, or pban. If you do, we will pban you for Command Evasion 5. Admins don't giveaway admin/moderator/ superadmin just because! I need a good reason, not to fool around! 6.NO f3x "accidents" I've had enough of those! →
