Welcome to Wordle How To Play To play Wordle, you guess a secret five-letter word by typing in your best five-letter guesses. After each guess, the tiles for the letters in your word will change color to give you clues. A green tile means the letter is correct and in the right position, a yellow tile means the letter is in the word but in the wrong position, and a gray tile means the letter is not in the word at all.
