Municipal Center is a large multi-tenant mixed-use 54 office building located in downtown Bloxton, built in 1992. (wip) - slightly* computationally expensive. - minimum recommended requirements: 8gb of ram available highly recommended 4gb of vram available highly recommended reasonably strong quad core CPU and a GPU thats atleast a NVIDIA GTX or similar - this game hammers CPU and GPU... and RAM. its a heavy game. - let the game load for a solid minute or three before playing, some things need time to load and settle. let the game load longer if you do not meet one of the minimum recommended requirements. - did you know this game uses 16.5 gigabytes of ram in studio? - if you want to claim something vacant (like a floor), ask simplex2.
