QSTR V.4 [Not official, read desc to know why]

piece o' crap core, v.4 is bettar. I was deciding to make this V.4, but the other one is the official, I felt lazy doing this one, and I had more ideas for the other one so I then decided to give it a makeover, so this is like V.3.5 due to this not being the official, but you can now see what this was going to look like before I had a new idea!
