EACH new years countdown is based on when someone is going to hit midnight next for their timezone. The time is based on the closest upcoming new years of someone in that server. In order to claim the free UGC item, you must first claim a ticket from Stella 20 minutes prior to a firework show starting. Once stock has ran out, we cannot provide anymore.
