About
New Plymoustan County was the first established form of government within the State of Speedwell; as such it is the oldest incorporated territory and enjoys a rich historical culture originating from the first Pilgrims who began to trade in the abundance of natural resources. Soon after they incorporated New Plymoustan County and Boston they found Springfield and Springfield became Speedwell's State Capital.
