RWW2 Archives "PL Budapest"

As part of my ongoing effort to archive RWW2, we begin with PL and their collection of games. The third entry is PL: Budapest, another raid map created by PL for combat training and battle scenarios. This title was also developed in the early 2010s. [Disclaimers: many of the games and locations are buggy or broken and require extensive fixes to ensure proper archiving, so please don’t expect perfect quality.]
