Phonty NPC 2 (Legacy Late 2024)

This is meant to be a late 2024 version of the game. since the last archived phonty npc 2 build that exists is the christmas one, therefore i had to use some footage mrgolden captured and what i remembered of it. i do believe this is highly accurate to the late december build seen in golden's videos though.
