Rehabilation Laboratory Site 000

Site 000 is under the effect of an unexplained anomaly that stops the flow of time. Breach 04, in this case, has completely imprinted its effects on the facility. Objects that have been affected by Breach 04 can not be moved (Due to airflow, all of the facility), however objects from the outside can still be brought in and be interacted with even after leaving it in space. The anomaly that allows Site 000 to remain intact under any circumstances makes Site 000 a very valuable, indestructible asset.
