Level 0.0.0.0 is identical in all respects to Level 0 except in the lighting and the humidity. The lights in Level 0.0.0.0 are far dimmer than their Level 0 counterparts, this also means that the buzz associated with Level 0 is almost entirely absent. The lights also frequently flicker and may fail completely. As a result, it is generally recommended to bring a Flashlight with you. On occasion, wanderers have reported that some lights are as bright as those in Level 0 (referred to as Brighter Lights) but this is very rare and should not be counted on as a source of illumination.
