An Old Motel

After taking a detour through the desert, you find yourself tired and lost on a cool, dry night in the middle of nowhere. Your car is running on fumes and you're losing hope when you spot something over the horizon, lights! Your car sputters over to what is a small, remote motel. To your surprise, there are quite a few inhabitants to this humble establishment. You pull your rusty, struggling car into the parking lot and get yourself a room. Everything seems fine and you're on track to get out of this desert by tomorrow! Assuming you find gas somewhere. But the timing seems comedic and this desert is abnormally vast for any US state. Something feels wrong but you just can't put your finger on it. Maybe you're stuck in some twisted game, or maybe you're going in circles in some desert you thought was small and now you've burned up all your fuel and will die afraid and alone! Or maybe you're just paranoid from lack of sleep. Probably just paranoid. This is a story game
