Level 0.0.12323: "Islands of Run"

Level 0.0.123 is a series of islands with a black sky, clouds, and an ocean made out of blood. The temperatures are excruciatingly high in this level, reaching up to 80 Celsius. A horde of entities will appear behind you and you will be forced to run and swim for 10 miles before you will find an exit door. The exit door appears to lead to nowhere but entering it will lead you to paradise
