Delays due to issues with vendors and supply chains shortages.
We're now entering the final stage of the renovation process. Currently, we are finishing up our 5 new anchor buildings, Installing HVAC, Fire safety devices, Networking equipment, and flooring along with some other cosmetic updates. Our official opening date is set to March 15th, 2025! We look forward to seeing you visit our Modern shopping facility this spring! Our name may have changed but to ensure Seyper Mall is never forgotten we're making a special space that will host photos, facts, and memories to display our 30-year journey till today!
