Level 0.0.8 ‣ Flooded Flood

Level 0.0.8 is a sea that has no known end and is very similar in appearance to Level 4000 but the sea is shallow and does not have a ceiling. Wanderers are able to breathe underwater easily and the mechanism by which this is accomplished is currently unknown. Only one person died from drowning in 1978 in the 20th century. The Level is divided into 2 distinct areas known as "The Desolation" and "The End"
