[SCP] Site - 13

Site - 13 is located in Nome, Alaska. In 1964, a massive dead sea-creature washed up on the shore near the borders of India and Bangladesh, and no facility in the region, could hold this massive sea-creature. Ships dragged this massive sea-creature back to the United States. There were originally plans to build Site - 19 in the Mid-West, but there was no way to hide the creature and bring it across the United States mainland, and so, plans to build Site - 19 were scrapped, and the Foundation set a new focus to a different facility.
