outer blue club penguintale

this was like a game maxrockthefox was making things about club penguin undertale or something like that. he gave me access to this one boss and was never able to release it considering he got his account banned for the undergarf stuff. thankfully, though, i still have access to this, and the great awesomesauce stopped outer blue penguin from becoming LOST MEDIA! there are alot of instant kills here, and the music used for this fight was deleted, so it is replaced with LOST MEDIA MUSIC! (IF MAXROCKTHEFOX WANTS ME TO TAKE DOWN THIS GAME, I CAN AND WILL DO SO)
