Welcome to the official Court of Military Justice of the United States Military 1940s where the law of the armed forces is upheld with honor and authority. Every soldier answers to the Uniform Code. Every case is heard with integrity. 📅 Scheduled Trials & Events Trials are held on a scheduled basis and announced via High Command. Special tribunal events, espionage hearings, and wartime tribunals are hosted throughout the month — all are conducted with full military ceremony and protocol. 📋 Court Martial Proceedings From summary hearings to full general court martials, cases are tried before a presiding judge and panel.
