Find the badge giver on a infinite baseplate

notice: all games i made are discontinued as i can no longer publish updates... not even bugfixes. joke game based off of a video by some guy i forgot the name of anyways: you need to find a 1 stud sized badge giver which changes its position every 10 seconds, and its invisible. i don't advise playing this.
