About & history
Data Entry #8: The name derives from the Latin words for Red and Sand. The planet contains a chemical called Asbestos in the sand. Asbestos, being toxic to Oxygen comprised lungs, mean the atmosphere of Harenae is extremely hazardous. Breathing it can cause diseases such as Lung Cancer and Red Lung. Despite the toxic air, an ancient civilization of beings once lived and thrived on the planet. What caused their fall is still unknown, but with the little information that has been collected, we can determine that this ancient race had advanced technology. From archeological discoveries on Earth, we now know that this race had once visited Earth around 3000 B.C.E., during ancient Mesopotamian times. It is believed that ancient Mesopotamian, Egyptian, and Aztec architecture was inspired by the architecture of this advanced ancient race.
