In 2032, the world was ended in a nuclear war now known as “The Flash.” Most of humanity perished in the explosions, and even more people died in the decade of nuclear winter that followed. In 2040, the nuclear winter ended, and the era that followed was dubbed the “Dustbowl.” It is now 2050, in San Diego County, California.
