Veiled Off coast of Normandy. Across the wasteland, the failed experiments wandered, carrying the bionic plague in sparking veins and fractured circuits. Once designed to save humanity, they now twitched between machine logic and corrupted instinct, spreading silent contamination through ruined cities. Meanwhile, the survivors clustered inside the Safe Haven, rationing power and hope, listening to distant metallic cries, praying their walls would outlast the storm outside before the gates finally failed forever without warning.
