CRG: Mill Ridge & Kearcher Lake Area

Look at it as a redo to my old "Mill Ridge Railroad" which was just my own take on the KMR by CNRailways, which was just some static showcase. This encompasses part of a fictional and very unrealistic part of what's supposed to be the Western Middle Anthracite Coalfield of Pennsylvania featuring a lake where the main and arguably most efficient way of industrial travel is a linear lake in between two mountain peaks where the railroad and roads take two hours tops, the lake takes forty-five minutes by boat.
