If the prototype is completed and deployed, Blackwater will be capable of travelling outside of the solar system and begin wreaking havoc on the Ro-Verse. Several different nations from that galaxy have commissioned Earth-bound Insurgent forces to infiltrate the facility, disable the generator shielding the fortress, breach the gate protecting the main lobby, and shut the particle accelerator down once and for all.
