[DESC] Insurgents from Morocco have stormed the streets of Portugal in an effort to cause terror and bomb civilian infrastructure. They have done this by transporting a large explosive by boat and are now attempting to move it downtown where most residents reside. The President of Portugal has called upon Blackwater to push the bomb in the opposite direction and destroy an area that has already been evacuated, and by extension, destroy the Insurgent's encampment.
