The story takes place in Tokyo, after bubbles that have broken the law of gravity have poured out onto the world. Now cut off from the outside world, Tokyo is no longer the capital it once was: it has become a playground for a whole group of young people who have lost their families, who entertain themselves by forming parkour teams, jumping from building to building. Hibiki, a young ace known for his dangerous style of play, makes a mistake and falls into the sea that weighs on gravity. He is saved by Uta, a girl with mysterious powers. The two then hear a sound that is only audible to them. Why did Uta appear before Hibiki? Their meeting will lead to a revelation that could change the world...
