Northern Estates Mall

Opening in 1979, this mall had everything you needed! Montgomery Ward for appliances, Dillards for clothing and furniture, and Kmart. in 1992, Kmart closed. in 1993, Target moved into the former Kmart. Also, due to Mont. Ward's bankruptcy in 2000, the malls Wards would close permantely in 2002. In 2003 Sears took the space. In 2017, Sears closed, killing the mall. In 2018, the mall was at 42% vacancy, in 2019, it was at 57% vacancy, and in 2025, it is at 83% vacancy.... dillards 2nd floor is closed cuz clearance center :P
