Northern Estates Mall V2 (2020)

Opened in 1970 as Arizona Center with Robinson-May, JCPenney, and Sears. In 1973, an expansion with Goldwaters was completed, but around 1984 Goldwaters would close and reopen as Dillard's. In 1997 competition would boil from Arizona Mills, and in 2000 3 stores left, In 2006 Robinson-May would close and reopen as a Macy's. Around 2014 Dillard's would shutter, accelerating the malls death, in 2016 Greenhill Western Clothing and Macy's would leave, and in 2019 JCPenney and sears would close their doors for the last time. The malls closed for the final time at 9:30 PM on December 24th, 2021 with the last tenants being Golden Panda Chinese Food, GNC, and Bath & Body Works.
